About Lending Deck
Secure application
A clearer front door to investor lending.
Lending Deck guides real-estate investors through business-purpose, non-owner-occupied financing. This secure application currently provides identity and access checks for approved staff and invited borrowers. It does not accept public loan applications or display borrower, deal, or document records in its current release.
01 / What we do
One guide across a complicated market, with capital-partner complexity kept behind the scenes.
02 / The route
How secure access works today.
01
Start with approval
Access begins with an existing Lending Deck staff membership or borrower invitation. This application does not create open public accounts.
02
Verify your identity
Approved staff use Google Sign-In. Invited borrowers request a secure email link using the address their Lending Deck contact has on file.
03
Apply access boundaries
Lending Deck checks current membership and role after sign-in. The current release confirms eligible access but does not display borrower, deal, or document records.
03 / Google sign-in
Identity, not underwriting data.
Approved Lending Deck staff can use Google Sign-In to prove who they are. The application requests only OpenID, email, and profile permissions. A successful Google sign-in does not grant access by itself; current Lending Deck workspace membership and role permissions are also required.
- What Google may provide
- Basic account identity: name, email address, and profile image.
- How Lending Deck uses it
- Authentication, account matching, and secure access control.
- What this sign-in does not request
- Content in Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or other Google services.
- What Google data never decides
- Creditworthiness, loan eligibility, underwriting, pricing, or any lending decision.
04 / Clear boundaries
Guidance with a human in the loop.
Lending Deck account executives retain responsibility for financing guidance and program placement. Any fit assessment is indicative and is not an approval, pre-approval, rate lock, commitment, or guarantee of funding.
